Creating Your First Interactive Slide                 Click here and you will see the main page of Pear Deck. Click green ‘’Teacher Login’’ button and connect it with your Google account.       Upon connecting, click red ‘’Create a Lesson’’ button to create your first slide. You will be directed to Google Slides with a new slide open.       Do as the instruction below shows, this will be the first page you will see when you create a slide.       After adding, click on ‘’Add-ons’’ again and select Pear Deck add-on. You will see the sidebar from where you will be adding interactive features such as texts, multiple choice questions, websites,  drawing feature or draggable circles or an audio.      After you create your slide, click green ''Start Lesson'' button and you will see two options. How To Use Edmodo

Creating Your Class and First Post             Click here and you will see the main page of Edmodo. Click yellow ‘’Sign Up’’ box and you will be directed to another page where you choose between a student, teacher or a parent account. Click Teacher Account and select your location from the page that will open. After writing down email and deciding your password, you are ready to go!                 After successfully creating your account you will see ‘’Create a Class’’ box on the main page. Click on it, then decide the name, describe your class, select a grade and finally select the subject. Class created!        Now you can either add students right away or explore its features, we will explore first.      Now you can create a post or an assignment.             As the times change, the human change; as the human change, the way the human teach changes. Currently in this progressive process, we now have the web 2.0 applications as tools. These web 2.0 tools like blogs have profiles, publicly articulated social networks -which means a ‘’friends’’ or ‘’contacts’’ list- and semi persistent public comments that are ‘’posts’’ that can be removed afterwards. Such sites’ give users the ability to create and share, rather than just consuming. But a connection to such a mass of information that is created by users themselves can be a waste of time as it is not filtered and may not be reliable. Millennial students that are not equipped with critical thinking and filtering are likely to be exposed to false or useless information as they do not consider the quality of the sources objectively.        Jamboard      Jamboard is useful especially in online lessons as it provides a white board for the teacher. Drawing, adding pictures and sticky notes on the screen are some of the ways that not only a teacher but also a student can use ''jam'' on board.  Voki     Voki is an online application that enables users to create avatars and voice them. A great variety of avatars can be picked, some of them requires to pay. It can help shy students to be more active as they will not be showing their faces, in fact they can even write what they want to say and use text-to-voice option. It also helps with focus as it is entertaining.
